When traveling by train, you get off at Delft Central Station. Walk towards the centre through Barbarasteeg, a narrow alleyway directly opposite the train station. At Oude Delft, the first canal, you turn left. Follow Oude Delft until reaching the leaning church tower, and turn right. Cross the bridge into Choorstraat. This street issues onto Vrouwjuttenland, where you turn left. Ater 100 meter you see Doelenplein on your right. Van Ruysdael is located left of Filmhuis (Cinema) Lumen, at 6 Doelenplein, about a 15 minutes walk from the train station.
