‘Charity' in springtime

Le Charité was build upon the philanthropic thoughts of count Paillhoe. His support and desire to secure acces to (mental) healthcare for his community, resulted in this modern complex of the early XX-century.
Abundant daylight and ventilation proved to be fundamental architectural elements for a healthy and pleasant living environment.
